Rent-To-Own "Hustle"

Okay. The word "hustler" may at first sound bad but here's something to think about. What if you were snag a rent-to-own property and find a roommate for a year who'd ideally split the rent with you. Then it's like your roommate is paying half of the money that would typically be applied to the purchase price for your property. I'm not sure if this is even legal but I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's pretty much a win-win deal for both your roommate as well as yourself. I read an article about this a few months ago and if you think about it the concept kinda makes sense. Has heard of anyone else doing something like this? Let us know. We'd love to hear if it was such as good of an idea as we think it is. What do you think? Send us your thoughts.
